First of all grate the tofu and boil the soya chunks. Next cool it down and grind the soya chunks and keep them aside.
Now in a large mixing bowl add tofu, soya mixture, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, coriander powder, red chili powder, kithchen king Masala, salt.
Now add cornflour and combine together. As the mixture already contain moisture so no need to add water. Now combine, mix and add cornflour if needed more.
Take the small mixture in your palm and roll to make a kofta balls. Repeat to make other balls and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
Next preheat a non stick pan and add oil to shallow fry the balls. Take the balls out and shallow fry the kofta balls in low flame until turns golden brown.
Next take another pan and add some oil. Next add cumin seeds,chopped onion and saute for few minutes. Now add tomato-garlic-green chilli paste and saute until oil separates.
Now add turmeric , red chilli and coriander powder, salt and saute.
Now add some water and cover it to cook for few more minutes. Now open the lid and add garam masala powder and kofta balls.
When its done sprinkle some fresh chopped coriander leaves and cover the lid to absorb juice into the kofta balls for 5 minutes.
When its done serve hot with steam rice, chapati or kulcha as per your choice. Its so yummy and protein rich recipe goes well with any dish for any occassion.
